1. About the service

GeoFlat is an intermediary platform that helps post and find real-estate listings. We are not a party to transactions, do not own the properties, and do not act as an agent or broker unless explicitly stated.

2. Listings and responsibility

Listings are posted by users. The person who posts a listing is responsible for the accuracy of the description, price, photos and the legality of the posting. We may hide or remove listings that violate the rules, the law or third-party rights.

3. User conduct

Prohibited: spam, manipulation, fraudulent or misleading listings, infringing others rights. The chat assistant is protected against abuse; repeated violations lead to access restrictions.

4. No warranties

The service is provided "as is". The price-attractiveness score, district data and distances are informational and may be inaccurate — they are not a valuation or a legal document. Verify important facts yourself.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated version.
