All information about service costs must be available to clients before starting cooperation.
6. Broker Responsibilities
Brokers take responsibility for completing transactions, ensuring deals are finalized, verifying properties, and being honest with buyers.
6.1 Property Verification
Brokers must verify all property details including:
- Mortgage status and outstanding debts
- Utility connections and debt status
- Property condition and legal status
- All financial obligations and restrictions
6.2 Client Protection
Brokers must ensure:
- No hidden fees are charged to buyers
- The price displayed on the site is the final price
- Complete transparency in all transactions

Brokers are responsible for:
