How do I schedule a viewing?

Click the 'Book a Visit' button on the property page. All viewings are conducted by brokers — they organize in-person or online showings, answer questions, and help with documentation.

How can I learn more about a specific property?

Message the broker via the button on the property page — they will answer all your questions and provide additional materials.

What viewing formats are available?

In-person visit to the property, online viewing via video call, and 3D tours for self-guided exploration. All viewings are organized by brokers. Transportation to the property is available by arrangement.

How much does the platform cost?

GeoFlat platform is free for users. Services are provided by brokers — each has their own rates listed in their profile. Broker commission is paid by the property owner, prices shown on the site are final for buyers. See our Pricing Policy for details.

How safe are deals on GeoFlat?

Properties managed by verified brokers go through verification, and a detailed contract is created documenting all terms. For direct deals with owners without a broker, the platform cannot guarantee safety — we recommend involving a broker or verifying documents independently.

What is a GeoFlat contract?

It's a PDF document with all transaction details: visit date, owner and buyer information, broker as witness, amount and obligations of all parties. If needed, the contract can be notarized. Contracts are only available for broker-managed properties.
